Delivery
Orders are normally despatched within 4 working days of receipt of payment although at peak periods (September – November inclusive) this may be extended to 7 working days.
Returns & Refunds
We DO NOT supply any goods on an 'approval' basis and, as a result, are unable to refund monies should a particular product be deemed to be 'unsuitable' by the purchaser. Music samples from each CD are available on our web site and can be accessed by clicking on the relevant product icon. We would advise all purchasers to listen to these samples prior to making a decision to buy.However, in the event that any item is received damaged we will be pleased to replace it. Purchasers should contact us on 0844 873 1188 to obtain a 'Replacement Order Reference' and the damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, quoting the Replacement Order Reference on any accompanying correspondence. Please note that 'Proof of Posting' cannot be accepted as 'Proof of Delivery' to us.Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Licences
If you purchase a Musical play or Nativity from us you MUST obtain a Performance Licence if you intend to perform the work for an audience. This licence covers the royalties due to composers and publishers of the work and protects you and your school/playgroup/church from any possible infringement of performing rights. Schools and other similar organisations should note that blanket Performing Rights Licences issued by the PRS, LEA's or other local bodies DO NOT cover the production/performance of such works. Details regarding the application process and relevant costs are available from us on a product by product basis.
Payment options
Unless we have previously agreed otherwise the following payment options are available:
Credit Card
We are pleased to accept payment by most major credit cards.Please use the Shopping Cart facility on our web site to calculate the price of your order and select the 'Card Payment' option when your order is complete.You will then be directed to our secure payment site operated by Barclays Bank plc and will be asked to enter the relevant information required to process your payment.Goods will be despatched once we have received confirmation from the Bank that your card details have been verified.
Post
We are pleased to accept orders by post if accompanied by a cheque for the amount due.Please use the Shopping Cart facility on our web site to calculate the price of your order and select the 'Post' option when your order is complete. Simply send a cheque for the relevant amount to our Accounts Department at the following address:Niki Davies Productions Ltd, PO Box 117, Lancaster, LA1 1WY.Please make your cheque payable to 'Niki Davies Productions Ltd.
E-mail
A large number of our customers (particularly schools and nurseries) operate within procurement systems laid down by Local Authorities etc and require the provision of pro-forma invoices in order to generate a cheque payment.If you require a pro-forma invoice from us please use the Shopping Cart facility on our web site to calculate the price of your order and select the 'E-mail' option when your order is complete.You will then be able to confirm your requirements to us by e-mail and we will supply all the relevant payment information back to the e-mail address you have selected together with a pro-forma invoice. Please ensure that you complete your full contact details (particularly the relevant delivery address) so that your order can be despatched as soon as payment is received.If you prefer to send e-mails via your Outlook or other similar systems please send them to sales@nikidaviesproductions.com
School orders
We are pleased to accept orders from schools either by post or by e-mail.Please use the Shopping Cart facility on our web site to calculate the price of your order and select your preferred payment option when your order is complete. Please note that our payment terms for such orders are 14 days from the date of invoice irrespective of the fact that some schools may have their invoices paid by LEA's or other local bodies. It is the sole responsibility of the school placing the order to ensure that our payment terms are met.
